I train out of Path 2 Self, a private gym space that offers a supportive, welcoming environment—perfect for anyone who feels overwhelmed by big gym energy or prefers a more personal setting.
Not sure if one-on-one sessions are what you need? You might benefit from joining Path 2 Self’s group class membership instead. I coach the morning classes, and they’re a great way to stay motivated, move consistently, and be part of a supportive community.
